I told you that I want to create more with the help of nature and I really listened to my inner voice.
I present you one of the most precious projects I’ve been working on recently.
I worked on these mugs for a long time, since the oak leaves were still green 🌿, and I can finally admire them. But as a nature of this handmade process didn't allow me to make more than four mugs, you can find them as a one time only unique piece here on my website.
The mug is handmade with a slab building technique from a really special reddish brown stoneware clay and the oak leaf is made from a real leaf. The white glaze is applied roughly as I want to get this rustic feel. Each mug have my sign at the unglazed bottom and a flat handle for a comfortable hold.
Due to the handmade process, the surface is uneven and natural-looking; small imperfections are a welcome addition to my work. The mug is food safe, durable for regular use, it's dishwasher safe but hand wash is recommended.
