Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are based on your location and are non-refundable. Part of the shipping cost is covered by Planina Ceramics. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are shipped with PostNord SE or DHL, and a tracking number (if available) will be provided after shipment.

Delivery times:

  • EU countries: 2–10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Rest of the World: 2–20 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on carrier practices, delivery location, and number of items ordered. Orders may arrive in separate shipments.

Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.


Returns & Cancellations

I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Because all items are handmade, minor variations may occur. If the item you receive is not as expected, you can return it under these conditions:

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery.

  • Ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a package is returned due to cancellation, refusal, or not being picked up on time, the full shipping cost will be charged. For DHL shipments, a 300 SEK fee applies for unclaimed returns and will be charged to the customer.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition; otherwise, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.


Packaging & Damages

All items are carefully wrapped in paper and placed in a smaller box inside the shipping box to prevent damage. Most pottery arrives safely, but if your item is damaged during shipping, contact me within 7 days. I will replace the item or provide a refund.
