The story behind the piece
Some people write diaries.
I can't. I have started many times, but the pages always stayed empty.
So I decided to keep my memories in a different way, by painting them on ceramics.
This is the fourth chapter of my Ceramic Diary.
This week started in Croatia, where I always allow myself to pause a little more.
To learn about a new bird species I heard.
To breathe a little deeper.
To feel a little more alive.
This mug is a bit cloudy inside, and maybe I was a little cloudy inside, too.
But I started thinking that maybe that’s okay.
Without clouds, there is no rain.
Without rain, there are no flowers.
I started thinking about how much of life happens in between the things we are waiting for.
For things to grow.
For things to bloom.
Why not just breathe.
And let things take their time.
Allowing yourself to remember that sometimes, nothing needs to happen at all.
Maybe being alive is enough.

Instead of disappearing into a notebook, these moments became something you can hold in your hands.

A handmade ceramic mug from my Ceramic Diary collection.
Painted with words and symbols that remind us to slow down, press pause, enjoy small moments, and smile a little more.
A mug for slow mornings, coffee breaks, and quiet moments when you need a reminder not to rush.
Hand-painted and one of a kind, holding approximately 350 ml.
Because each piece is made with patience and love, no two mugs are ever exactly the same. You will receive the exact mug shown in the photos, with its natural texture and charming imperfections that celebrate the handmade process.
