Ceremonial cacao is naturally rich in magnesium, antioxidants, and theobromine, offering gentle, steady energy without the crash of coffee. The spices bring warmth and comfort, while chaga adds grounding depth and sea salt enhances the cacao’s natural richness.

My ceremonial cacao is sugar free and I recommend adding any sweetener of your choice. I love a piece of date or two or a tablespoon of raw and organic honey.
